After settling in, you have the opportunity to discover the city. We suggest checking out the Medina, where you can see the influence of European architecture, as well as the Kasbah, which is situated in the upper part of the Medina. Here, you can take in the stunning views and visit the Al Mal Bit Mosque. Overnight in Tangier.

Day 2: Tangier – Assilah

Today, we dedicate the morning to exploring the major attractions outside the city center before heading south. After breakfast, we will drive along the coast to visit the legendary Hercules Caves (Grotte d’Hercule), famous for their unique, sea-facing opening shaped like the map of Africa, and then proceed just north to Cap Spartel, the dramatic promontory where the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean famously meet, offering stunning views. Day 3: Assilah – Rabat

From Assilah, we will take a final morning walk through the town’s famous blue-and-white Medina before commencing our drive south along the Atlantic coast to Rabat, the vibrant capital city of Morocco. After the morning, we will immerse ourselves in the local culture, observing the preparation of traditional Berber pizza and sharing this meal with a nomadic family under the shade of a tree. Following a short rest, the afternoon features a 4×4 desert journey that explores the surrounding area, including a visit to a remote oasis, the unique village of Khamlia (known for its traditional Gnawa music), and the Mifiss mines. We will also have the opportunity to meet Berber nomads living in the desert. After our full day of exploration, we will return from the desert to the hotel in Merzouga for dinner and a restful overnight stay.
